Description
Our bone box printed with an etching of a dramatic sperm whaling scene, makes excellent historic nautical decor for home or office and is reminiscent of scrimshaw. The box features a lift off lid and green felt interior and is just the right size for tabletop decor or for desk supply storage. Each box is made by hand, starting with a wood composite base and hand-applying bone tiles on top. Sealed with bone powder and epoxy, lacquer-coated and hand-polished, then printed in our shop with a nautical design.
– Slight ox bone color variations enhance the beauty and individuality of each box so that no two bone boxes are alike.
