Description
Choose from a ready-to-hang framed print OR a decorative tray featuring a print of a c.1805 brown and green antique fabric sample that depicts a pheasant, flowers, and butterflies. The print looks so genuine that it is difficult to tell it is actually printed and not the real thing. The weave of the fabric really shows up well on the 16×16″ image, making it look like the tray actually has fabric in it; on the smaller 10×10″ image, the stitching isn’t as evident…but both sizes are just lovely! You may notice a slight wear and discoloration at spots- this was on the original sample and we chose not to remove it. We believe it adds to the unique antique look of this piece.
Framed Print: Each high-resolution image is printed in-house with archival quality ink on satin photo paper, custom framed in our shop, and the back is finished with craft paper and a sawtooth hook or wire hanger.
Decorative Tray: The tray is designed with frame molding that frames the paper print behind glass, just like the framed print. However, the tray is solidly constructed with a sturdy hardboard backing and is accented with antiqued brass handles. Four felt pads keep the tray stable on almost any surface. Perfect for organizing your tabletop or ottoman, or display it upright on a shelf. It really is almost to pretty to cover up with trinkets!
