This 4-1/2″ antiqued brass sundial reproduction comes in a triangular wood storage box with green felt-lined interior. On the inside of the lid, there is a plaque with an engraved brass sun chart, which indicates the position of the sun at any time of the year. The compass features three, flat-surface screw levelers to ensure readings are as accurate as possible and a compass needle locking mechanism provides stability and movement protection during transportation. This functioning, true magnetic north compass makes a great gift, office decoration or nautical display, but is not for scientific use.
